If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.
2.2 Exercising Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 12, but this is not mandatory.
3. Conditions for Returns
3.1 Eligible Products
To be eligible for a return and refund:
- Products must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- Products must be in the same condition as when received
- Products must be returned with all original packaging and documentation
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened products or products with broken seals
- Products that have been used or consumed
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
4. Return Procedure
- Contact Us: Email us at partnership@xefralexsrozelon.world with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization within 2 business days.
- Ship the Product: Send the product back to our address using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product within 5 business days.
- Refund Processing: If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
5. Refund Details
5.1 Refund Amount
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
5.2 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
5.3 Refund Timeline
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the direct costs of returning the goods, unless:
- We sent you the wrong product
- The product was damaged during shipping
- The product is defective
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs or arrange for a prepaid return label.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the stated timeline:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary

9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
10. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
11. Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit your mandatory rights under Danish and EU consumer law, including your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.
12. Model Withdrawal Form
You may copy and use the following text to exercise your right of withdrawal:
"I/We (*) hereby give notice that I/We (*) withdraw from my/our (*) contract of sale of the following goods (*), ordered on (*) / received on (*), name of consumer(s), address of consumer(s), signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper), date."

13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page. The policy applicable to your purchase is the one in effect at the time of your order.
