  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Danish public holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • If additional verification is needed, processing may take longer.

3. Shipping Areas

We currently ship to selected destinations within the European Economic Area (EEA). Availability may vary based on carrier coverage and local import restrictions.

If shipping is not available for your address, this will be shown before you complete your order.

4. Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and start after dispatch:

  • Denmark: typically 1-3 business days
  • Other EEA destinations: typically 3-8 business days

Delays may occur due to weather, customs procedures, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before the final order confirmation. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed clearly before payment.

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if items are missing, contact us without undue delay and preferably within 48 hours after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the parcel and contents when possible.
